Lucy Powell

Lucy Powell is a highly skilled communications professional with governance experience in the not-for-profit and commercial sectors including the performing arts, higher education, and health sectors – both as a trustee and board member as well as providing strategic counsel as a communications and public relations consultant. 

In both her professional roles and voluntary non-executive director or committee member roles she demonstrates a commitment towards empowering, supporting, nurturing and the development of young people.

Lucy is currently Head of Corporate Communications for Dairy Australia and has held senior communication roles at the University of Melbourne, Microsoft NZ, Auckland Airport and Air New Zealand. 

Lucy was admitted as a chartered member of the NZ Institute of Directors in 2018. She has been on the Blue Light Victoria board since 2022.
