Karen Burns

Karen is our Operations Manager and has been part of the Blue Light Victoria story for over 10 years.

During this time Karen has been involved in all aspects of Blue Light Victoria including facilitating programs and adventure camps for young people to coordinating fundraising.   

As our Operations Manager she has a can-do attitude ensuring that daily operations are managed effectively and efficiently.

Karen is also responsible for supporting our Blue Light branches throughout the state to deliver engaging initiatives for young people.

She brings to the team a broad range of skills including IT expertise, risk management, governance, project management and administration together with a passion for continuous learning.

She uses these skills to help foster the ongoing growth and development of Blue Light Victoria and is driven to make a difference in the lives of young people across Victoria that is lasting and life changing.
